- Create a strategy and written roadmap for intentionally and predictably transforming targeted cold prospects into leads, sales, advocates and promoters.
- Review your background information and existing marketing pieces and processes (website, brochures, press releases, etc.) to identify misalignments with Customer Avatars and locate profit leaks, and to determine which assets can be used as elements in your marketing funnel(s).
- Provide up to 30 minutes of consulting on profit leaks in existing marketing materials.
- Identify and research your top competitor, and review their marketing collateral, claims and USP.
