Get a view of the unique value you bring to the marketplace versus one competitor, identify and understand your ideal customer; discover the best path for transforming strangers into customers and raving fans; and improve the effectiveness of your existing marketing materials.

What’s included:

  • Develop your Unique Selling Proposition statement.
  • Identify and research two (2) target audience(s).
  • Complete a Customer Avatar Worksheet for your choice of the most desirable market segment so you can market most effectively to your ideal customers.
  • Create a strategy and written roadmap for intentionally and predictably transforming targeted cold prospects into leads, sales, advocates and promoters.
  • Review your background information and existing marketing pieces and processes (website, brochures, press releases, etc.) to identify misalignments with Customer Avatars and locate profit leaks, and to determine which assets can be used as elements in your marketing funnel(s).
  • Provide up to 30 minutes of consulting on profit leaks in existing marketing materials.
  • Identify and research your top competitor, and review their marketing collateral, claims and USP.
  • Discuss findings and recommendations during a consulting call of up to 30 minutes.
